Color Selection: The red, black, and green color-way on this garment come from the Pan-African flag that was given to all African people in 1920 by The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey, leader of the Universal Negro Improvement Association. The red represents the blood of African people, the black symbolizes the race of the people, and the green represents the land of Africa and the natural resources. There can be no justice and freedom for African people without reparations and without the recovery of our land. Our greatest leaders remind us that it is from the land that true freedom and every aspect of society is developed.
