Returns/Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES* 

Due to our high volume of orders, we are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds. Exceptions will only be made when customers receive damaged or incorrect merchandise. 

In these cases, it will be your responsibility to submit a formal claim by emailing us (info@yourneighborhoodscholar.com) within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise. In said email, you should:

  1. Explain your claim and if you are interested in receiving the correct item(s), an item that is not damaged, or the correct size OR if you want to return the merchandise for a complete refund. You may only exchange for an in stock item of equal cost.
  2. Provide clear images of merchandise damages and/or incorrect size tags.
  3. Explain in which of the following ways would you like your return shipping costs and/or refund to be processed in the future: CashApp/Venmo/Zelle. Also provide the account information. 

Once received, we will respond within 3 business days confirming receipt of the claim. Within the next 3 business days, it is expected that you cover the front-end costs to ship the merchandise back in the same condition you received it. Be sure to email us a clear image of the entire shipping receipt and the package tracking number the same day it is dropped off at the shipping location.

Once received and inspected, if the merchandise is in the same condition as described in the original claim, based on your original requests, we will do the following within 3 business days:

  1. Reimburse you the shipping costs. 
  2. Resend you an undamaged or correctly sized item OR process a complete refund via our website.
