Shipping Policy

Orders typically take 5-21 business days at maximum to ship. This depends on if the merchandise you have ordered is currently in stock or is still in the production process. Once officially shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email and from that point orders typically take 3-5 business days to reach the delivery address depending on your location.  Note #1: We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or acts beyond our control. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. Note #2: Shipping times may be extended due to the pandemic and national USPS complications. Returns/Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES*  Due to our high volume of orders, we are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds. Any rare exceptions will be to the discretion of our Executive Team (ET).  In the rare case of exceptions, it will be your responsibility to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise. At that point, our ET will require that you cover the cost on the front end to send the merchandise back and if received in proper condition, we will reimburse you the shipping costs through CashApp/Venmo/Zelle (be sure to send clear image of shipping receipt) and send you the proper item(s) free of charge within 5 business days. For any quality issues, be sure to...
