Orders typically take 5-21 business days at maximum to ship. This depends on if the merchandise you have ordered is currently in stock or is still in the production process. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES*  Due to our high volume of orders, we are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders, or process refunds.
